The Directors’ Fortnight, established in 1969 as a sidebar competition of the Cannes Film Festival to showcases a wide spectrum of films and highlight the most singular and visionary practices in contemporary cinema, has announced that Quentin Tarantino will be welcomed as their honorary guest at their 2023 festival running May 17th – 26th. On May 25th, the celebrated filmmaker will present a secret screening and host a conversation discussing his counter-history of cinema.
