This August the Sundance Next Fest returns to Los Angeles for its fifth annual celebration with an impressive slate of “movies, music & mischief” to help get you through the dog days of summer. And they’re kicking it off August 10 with an opening night screening of Reservoir Dogs co-presented by Cinespia at the beautiful Ace Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, with filmmaker Quentin Tarantino in person to receive the Sundance Institute’s Vanguard Leadership Award. To top it off, the festival will be screening Dogs using a stunning 35mm print created for the film’s 25th anniversary, then dancing the night away with food and drinks at a special after party.
Tickets are on sale now so you better act fast!
“Reservoir Dogs debuted as the festival’s most talked-about film in 1992 and 25 years later, it’s still a fresh, high-caliber thrillride, and more iconic than ever. I can’t think of a better way to kick off Sundance Next Fest than to showcase our history and what we’re all about.” – Trevor Groth, Sundance Film Festival’s director of programming
