Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight made its home video debut with a bang, rocketing to the top of the DVD/Blu-ray sales charts in its first week of release (ending April 3), easily snatching the crown from the previous holder, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2, and besting other new releases Concussion and Point Break.
Now available everywhere films are sold! The Anchor Bay release of The Hateful Eight features a stunning, film-like transfer (in the full 2.76:1 aspect ratio) and includes some fun special features: Beyond the Eight: A Behind-the-Scenes Look & Sam Jackson’s Guide to Glorious 70mm. Retailer exclusives: Best Buy is offering limited edition steelbook packaging while Target is promoting a limited edition exclusive bonus feature (The Hateful Eight: An Inside Look at Quentin Tarantino’s 8th Film) and a slick lenticular o-card.
