The Jerk

A rags to riches to rags story. In his first feature film starring role, Steve Martin hilariously teams with director Carl Reiner for a crude and quotable comedy classic. When lovable naif Navin R. Johnson (Martin) discovers that he’s adopted, he embarks on a series of madcap misadventures to find himself, while meeting a series of unusual characters along the way and learning what’s truly valuable in life. Bernadette Peters co-stars.
