The Brigand
Carlos Delargo (Anthony Dexter, Captain John Smith and Pocahontas) is a soldier and the son of a Mandorran princess. He is charged with murder and sent back to his country, but is saved by King Lorenzo (also Dexter), as Carlos bears an uncanny likeness to the king. On a hunting trip, the king is wounded by the nefarious Prince Ramón (Academy Award winner Anthony Quinn, 1956, Best Supporting Actor, Lust for Life). With Ramón next in line for the throne, one of the king’s aides realizes that Carlos could temporarily replace the king and help get revenge on the traitors. (Columbia Pictures)
