Dr. Roger Girard (Bruce Dern) has been experimenting with head transplantation of animals, certain he can perform a successful operation between two human subjects. One day, the perfect opportunity arises, an escaped murderer now on the brink of death and a sweet but developmentally-impaired man whose caretaker has died. Little does the doctor realize the monstrosity he is about to unleash! One brain wants to love, the other wants to kill!
