Richard Crenna (Wait Until Dark) and Joanna Pettet (Casino Royale 1967, Welcome to Arrow Beach) are a husband and wife psychologist team who have purchased a Civil War-era mansion to remodel for use as a therapeutic clinic. Soon after their initial efforts, workmen and patients start dying in horrible ways and no one is able to leave the haunted house in one piece.
