Police rookie Dave Speed (They Call Me Trinity star Terence Hill) gains super powers after being exposed to a radioactive chemical. Able to catch bullets with his teeth, survive a drop from a high rise building and make a balloon from bubble gum, Speed becomes the craziest cop this side of Inspector Clouseau. Framed for the murder of a brother in blue, Sgt. Willy Dunlop (Ernest Borgnine), Speed must use all his new talents to escape the electric chair.
