Lester (Don Barrett) is the owner of a decrepit pig Slaughterhouse who is way behind on his taxes and resistant to automating his facilities. When his obese, brain-damaged son, Buddy (Joe Barton), butchers a couple of teenagers trespassing on their property, Lester gets the bright idea that Buddy’s bloody talents would be better rendered on the sheriff and town bureaucrats who are threatening to shut them down and seize their property. Lester sets the victims up in various ways, then turns maniac Buddy loose. And did we mention that there’s a group of not-too-bright teenagers who sneak into the slaughterhouse to videotape their own amateur horror movie?
