William Girdler (director of cult hits Abby, The Manitou and Day of the Animals) helmed this virtually unknown, nearly-impossible-to-see low budget thriller shot in the Philippines. Leslie Nielsen (Forbidden Planet, The Naked Gun) is a former high-ranking U.S. government agent who is on the run from a secret mind control program designed to create assassins. Not only is his agent partner (Gary Lockwood) on his trail but also nefarious Asian mobsters led by boss Alok Lee (Vic Diaz) who hope to pry loose key elements of the top secret project. Unfortunately, all agents involved have been subjected to mind-altering drugs. Nielsen is starting to go through withdrawals, something that generates violent behavior against both friend and foe. This endangers Lee Su (Nancy Kwan), a woman who is helping him and with whom he has fallen in love. As if Nielsen hasn’t enough problems, the Philippine police join in the pursuit.
