Ahoy, mateys! Based on the popular Disneyland ride (one of our faves), this film has it all: action, romance, the supernatural, pirates and an undead monkey! Johnny Depp’s portrayal of the pirate Captain Jack Sparrow was based on Keith Richards and initially had Disney executives worried. No doubt a worldwide box office of $654 calmed their nerves. Depp leads an all-star cast that also includes Orlando Bloom, Keira Knightly and Geoffrey Rush. “Prepare to be blown out of the water!”
