Volatile troublemaker Nick Barzak (Robert Carradine) and cosmopolitan ladies’ man Frank Hazeltine (Billy Dee Williams) are about as different as two cops can come, but together they are a pair to be reckoned with. While the two butt heads on everything from leads to interrogation tactics, they will have to work quickly and harmoniously if they hope to bring down the biggest narcotics bust of their careers. It won’t be easy if their dissatisfied captain (Peter Graves) keeps holding them back. When it comes to crime, these cops break more than the rules.
