A formerly wealthy socialite finds herself abandoned by her new suitor when he discovers she’s now broke. While trying to pick up the pieces of her life, she meets a gruff retired bootlegger who offers to pay her debts if she can instruct him how to be a gentleman. But complications ensue in this Pygmalion tale when her previous flame returns.
