It’s fun and frolic on the seven seas as Bud and Lou find themselves starring as swabbies aboard a Navy ship carrying popular radio crooner Tommy Halstead (Dick Powell). Tired of the pressure of fame, Halstead enlists under a phony name, but is tracked down by a beautiful newshound looking to break the story.
