Lon Chaney, Jr. portrays a talented artist whose career is ruined after his jealous muse “accidentally” blinds him with acid. In an even stranger twist of fate, his fiancée’s father then offers, upon his death, to bequeath his eyes to the deserving artist. But when the future father-in-law is found dead, all eyes turn to Chaney as the accused murderer. (Universal)
