Big rig tucker Rubber Duck (Kris Kristofferson) and his buddies Pig Pen, Widow Woman and Spider Mike use their CB radios to keep ahead of the cops. But when corrupt Sheriff Wallace (Ernest Borgnine) uses those broadcasts against them, Rubber Duck and his lovely new passenger (Ali MacGraw) form a mile-long Convoy of trucks to protest the abusive lawman in Sam Peckinpah’s film adaptation of the hit country song by C.W. McCall and Chip Davis.
