In his final starring role, Cancel My Reservation, Bob Hope plays a stressed out talk show host prescribed a vacation. But when a dead girl shows up in his trunk, his much-needed rest turns into his arrest. To clear his name he’ll have to play sleuth, repair his relationship with his wife (Eva Marie Saint), outwit the local sheriff (Keenan Wynn) and figure out why there’s a naked hippie (Anne Archer) in his bed.
