A Man Called Sledge

A wall of guns and 40 marksmen say it can’t be done. When Sledge’s gang learns of a gold shipment stored at a maximum security prison, they hatch a plan to steal it for themselves. But with dreams of riches dancing in their heads, double crosses, dirty dealings and six-shooter revenge threatens to tear the group apart. Dennis Weaver and Claude Akins co-star as fellow bandits with Laura Antonelli as Sledge’s prostitute girlfriend. Vic Morrow directs and co-writes the offbeat western.
