You may recognize Monty from his welcoming smile, his joyous laugh or his passionate support for repertory screenings across Los Angeles. He was a fixture at the front of the line at the New Beverly, and his enthusiasm, kindness and generous knowledge of film will be greatly missed. We are saddened to hear of his passing this week and send our love and condolences to his friends and family. May there be a special seat waiting for Monty in the big theater in the sky.
