Tickets are valid only for the films, date, and showtime listed. All ticket sales are final with no refunds or exchanges unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.

When you purchase a ticket or tickets online, you will need to check in with the box office for admittance. For fastest entry, please present the barcode in this email (on your mobile device or as a printout). While purchasing tickets online guarantees you a seat, seat selection is on a first come, first served basis, and seating is unreserved. There will be a single line to the box office for all patrons. For most events, box office & doors open approximately 45 minutes before showtime.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission. Phone use, texting, talking, or other disruptive behavior during the show is cause for immediate ejection without refund.
No outside food or beverages are allowed in the theater.
Late seating is solely at the discretion of management.
Unauthorized ticket resale is prohibited.
