Hollywood Crosses $300 Million

Once Upon a Time in… Hollywood crossed another major milestone in its blockbuster overseas run, passing $300 million at the worldwide box office this weekend to to bring its total to more than $310 million. It will soon surpass Inglourious Basterds’ $321 million worldwide to become the second highest global earner behind Django Unchained for writer-director Quentin Tarantino. The film is proving to have impressive staying power in international theaters and, with the film still yet to open in some territories (Italy on September 18th and South Korea on September 25th), looks to have longs legs at the box office.
