A gloriously mulletted Nicolas Cage stars in his action movie prime and John Malkovich deliciously plays the bad guy ringleader to an amazing ensemble of jailbirds (Ving Rhames, Steve Buscemi, Danny Trejo, and more!), while John Cusack plays the landbound US Marshal trying to figure out what to do.
