Brokeback Mountain

Love is a force of nature. In 1963 Wyoming, two cowboys form a deep bond – both emotional and sexual – while herding sheep across the grazing pastures of Brokeback Mountain. As their separate lives pull them apart, they find they can’t quit that powerful connection they made during that summer. Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal star in Oscar-nominated performances, while Ang Lee picked up the Academy Award for Best Director and Larry McMurtry & Diana Ossana scored the statuette for Best Adapted Screenplay. Michelle Williams, Anne Hathaway, Anna Farris, Linda Cardellini, and Randy Quaid round out the incredible ensemble.
