Sergio Leone (January 3, 1929 – April 30, 1989) – the iconic Italian filmmaker credited as the inventor of the Spaghetti Western, whose endlessly influential filmography includes the Clint Eastwood Dollars Trilogy [A Fistful of Dollars (1964), For a Few Dollars More (1965) and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966)], Once Upon a Time in the West (1968) and Once Upon a Time in America (1984).
