I’ll definitely be there on the 11th for the matinee; TBD if I’ll still be around for the OUATIH show. I’ve seen the film 8 times now at a variety of venues and, though I’m obviously biased, I absolutely think the Bev’s 35mm presentation is the best way to watch the movie. Definitely say hi if you see me!
That’s going to be a great show! I’d currently expect box office & doors to open between 7:15pm – 7:30pm and I’d suggest being there around then, or a little earlier, for best seat selection. There is generally plenty of street parking in the neighborhood at that time, though definitely check signage as sections of some streets are permit only after 6pm. The large first block of Formosa immediately west of the theater and all of Oakwood (the first street up parallel to Beverly) are the most popular parking spots. You can also park on La Brea after 7pm.
If you don’t want to worry about driving or parking, ride sharing is always a great idea. However, I wouldn’t expect much trouble finding neighborhood parking that night. And know that El Coyote is within walking distance of the New Bev.
