I’ve read on the Kodak Motion Picture Film website, that this feature is about a true story about Ron Stallworth, the first African-American police officer in Colorado Springs, who worked undercover to infiltrate the Ku Klux Klan in 1979. This film is also shot in 35mm/16mm Kodak color and B&W film stocks. I figure this would be perfect for the reopening.

Though shot on film, I wonder if they will strike any film prints for release. Only a very small handful of recent Focus Features titles are available in 35mm.
