LINK:everything coming up at The Hammer

I’m personally very excited to see Fosse’s Star 80 on 35mm again. It’s a doozy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
And The Little Prince and Cabaret on film? Hell yes!

And Lubitsch! Don’t skip To Be or Not To Be starring my #1 hero Jack Benny.
Not that the other Lubitsch joints aren’t all rad, they are.

My only complaint is that All That Jazz is DCP. I have seen the DCP (it does look and sound great) and I will see it again at the Hammer, but I guess I’ll have to wait for The Bev to screen it again on 35…

    Thanks, Jeff!

I’m also a big Star 80 fan and will definitely need to make it out for that.

Some special guests have been announced (for 3 of the screenings I’m most excited about):

To Be or Not to Be / One Hour with You
IN PERSON: Intro by Joan Benny and Nicola Lubitsch.

    All That Jazz
IN PERSON: Alan Heim, editor; Mark Olsen, Los Angeles Times.

    Star 80 / Lenny
IN PERSON: Q&A with actor Eric Roberts (schedule permitting).
