In what must be one of the most extraordinary gatherings of filmmakers ever assembled for prime time television, an unearthed 1972 episode of the Dick Cavett Show features a 75 year-old Frank Capra discussing movie-making with a trio of then up-and-coming directors: Robert Altman, Mel Brooks, and Peter Bogdanovich.
